Julia, Ramel, Roslynn, and I are at the ACR conference, speaking later this morning on the topic of ethics and the use of technology for dispute resolution. While we are here, I am making use of online technology to serve as the featured speaker at the conference noted above, taking place in Romania. I’ll talk about some of the issues related to the use of ODR for B2B and B2C disputes, and engage in some Q&A with the delegates to the conference.
