The notes linked here are my quick speaker’s notes for the Technology and Ethics webinar conducted on April 16, 2013, in conjunction with the Werner Institute at Creighton University and the Northern Virginia Mediation Service (NVMS), in Fairfax, Virginia. The notes are not comprehensive, but they do offer a short version of the webinar’s focus, with some very brief notes that did not make it into the webinar because of time constraints. I’m working on a journal article, tentatively entitled “Third Party Ethics in a Fourth Party World,” that I hope will be available soon.
I’d like to publicly thank MJ Scheer and the staff at NVMS who helped coordinate preparations for the webinar.
