NVMS ODR Basics:  Through the Northern Virginia Mediation Service (NVMS), HSI offers an ODR basics course that is similar in format to the Basics of ODR class offered directly through HSI.  the NVMS course is designed to help mediators who work with the courts adjust their mediation practice to online environments, and to help organizations convert to and be effective using online tools for dispute resolution.  A full description of the NVMS course can be found here:  NVMS ODR.
