Today Julia, Ramel, Roslynn, and I spoke on a panel at the Association for Conflict Resolution conference. Although attendance at this year’s ACR conference is down (probably particularly as a result of the Federal furlough), our panel was reasonably well attended, if one uses the standard that we’ve come to adopt over the past decade or so – the audience outnumbered the panel, and it wasn’t even close 🙂 The panel was about cyberethics, the impact on mediator ethics when using online dispute resolution technology.
