I was honored to be asked to deliver the lunchtime keynote address at this year’s ADR Faculty of Northern California conference. The topic, supplied by the conference organizers, asked whether we as ADR practitioners and educators are in the midst of an evolutionary moment – a time when the distinctions between ADR and ODR are losing their currency.
