The latest edition of the ABA Litigation Journal is out, and it contains an article on transforming state courts written by Jeff Aresty, James Cormie, and me.  The article discusses the move toward the use of technology in state courts, and breaks the use of technology down into what the courts and lawyers are currently doing, what they currently have to do, what they can possibly do, and what they might want to do in the future.  Some of the issues addressed in the article were also addressed in a panel that Jeff Aresty and I were on at the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution conference earlier this month.  For a copy of the article,  click on the following link:   Transforming
