Early this morning, Frank Fowlie, Colin Rule, Graham Ross, and I participated in the World Summit on the Information Society Forum in Geneva – with the exception of Frank, who was in the room in Geneva, we all came into the panel discussion via web video (Colin from California, Graham from Wales, and me from Alexandria, just outside of Washington, DC).
